INTRODUCTION
A downlight is a light fixture that is put into a hollow aperture
in a ceiling (mounted on or recessed) to direct light downward,
whereas a spotlight is a light fixture that is fastened to a wall or
ceiling and can generate numerous light beams to focus light
directly onto a location or object. It looks like light is shining
from a hole in the ceiling, focusing the light in a downward
direction as a broad floodlight or narrow spotlight when it is
placed.
